If you live in New York State and you’re looking for information about a parenting class or assistance with a parenting or family issue, call the Parent Helpline at 1-800-CHILDREN. A trained Helpline Specialist is available to provide information and referral services everyday from 9 a.m. until 10 p.m. After 10 p.m you can leave your name and number with our answering service, and we’ll get back to you the following morning. The Parent Helpline is toll free and confidential.
